Women's Advent Dinner

As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to embrace the spirit of anticipation, gratitude, and togetherness with our Women's Advent Dinner.

"Christmas Through the Ages" will be presented by Dolly Lynn Skiby. Dolly spent many years researching and compiling information resulting in this interesting, surprising, fact-filled program. Through her presentation with colorful images, take a journey thousands of years before the birth of Christ. Beginning with the ancient's celebration of the Winter Soltice and ending with the real meaning of a favorite fun song, "the 12 Days of Christmas." Dolly has been an educator for over 45 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and loves learning and working with people. Currently, she is a Special Education Resource teacher in Melissa. Dolly loves the Lord and loves serving others.
