Scholarships for Seniors

Graduating Seniors are encouraged to apply for one of two scholarships being offered this year.

• Betty Hughes Scholarship - Methodist Women’s Fellowship invites 2026 female high school graduates who are members of Prosper United Methodist Church to apply for the Betty Hughes Scholarship which can be applied to any institution of higher learning. 

• John Oestmann Memorial Scholarship - Male high school students graduating this year who are members of Prosper United Methodist Church, apply for the John Oestmann Scholarship which can be applied to any institution of higher learning. 

Applications may be picked up in the PUMC office or submitted online.

Deadline to apply is March 31, 2026. Recipients will be announced during worship services on April 26, 2026.
