Sunday, December 22, 2024 Day 22 A Different Kind of Love Greek: agape
Having esteem or high regard for another; the highest form of love, characterized by unconditional selfless affection, goodwill, and moral preference. It encompasses both our love for others and God’s love for humanity
Pray: Loving God, as I begin this final week of Advent, let me reflect on the profound love that came down at Christmas. The entire meaning of Christmas can be explained in this one little four-letter word, LOVE. You sent Your gift of pure love to all at that first Christmas. A love that lay in the scratchy hay of a manger in a meager barn in Bethlehem. Teach me always to embody this love, to love one another, as You have loved me. Amen.
